What is LEAP?
LEAP is a leadership development program created to equip both current and emerging leaders with the skills, mindset, and confidence to lead effectively in a dynamic industry. The program focused on strengthening leadership foundations while addressing the realities of energy operations, customer service expectations, and internal alignment.
