What is MARVEL?

MARVEL (Managing And Rallying Victory for Executives and Leaders) is a leadership program designed to help executives develop strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. For Carlos Bakeshop, this program was tailored to align leadership approaches with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring that leaders could effectively analyze business challenges, create solutions, and drive results.
